Barre with Mae

Barre is a low-impact class that combines exercises from pilates, barre fitness and classical strength training. This class utilizes light weights, the barre and the mat to help strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your posture and increase your cardiovascular endurance. We move in unison to the pace of upbeat music to create a fun and safe workout environment. Because of the low-impact nature of this class, it is accessible to even the most beginner students, even those working with injuries or movement impairments. Your muscles will shake, you may sweat and you will feel improvements in your range of motion and posture. This all-level class is a great compliment to any level of yoga practice.
