Community Walking Meditation

Walking meditation is a simple, ancient practice opening to awareness, wisdom and interconnection. You are invited to explore a quietly guided walking meditation on the quad as an opportunity to connect to place, season, self & community.
We will gather in front of Pickard Theatre (rain or shine) and introduce you to some background before walking slowly & mindfully along pathways. You are encouraged to notice what a moving meditation might feel like and open you up to. There is no right or wrong way to participate or practice other than with an air of respect & curiosity.
