About this Event
You are welcome to drop in any Monday afternoon to join us for a mindful pause together. This is an opportunity to practice presence in body~mind~spirit while in community. We typically start with a brief check-in, mindfulness teaching, ~ 15 minutes of lightly guided practice and closing with a few moments for sharing any noticings.
