Learn WEIGHTLIFTING with Paula

Weight Lifting with Paula Habel: Learn to lift weights or brush up your knowledge with others to make it more fun! Full body workout using dumbbells, barbells and other implements. Instructor can modify to all levels. Classes will get more intense throughout the semester but join at any time. All skill levels welcome, the hardest part is getting to class!
