In this 4-week course where participants learn mindfulness and meditation skills. Through this curriculum taught by certified mindfulness instructor, Kate Nicholson, you may experience less stress, better sleep, increased focus and less self-judgement. Attendance at all four sessions is required. Classes are limited to 10 students. Once you register, expect an email one or two days before class begins with further instructions and room location.
