Modern Pilates: This 45-minute class combines Pilates and Lagree methods to target full-body strength, stability, and muscular endurance.
You’ll engage in dynamic, low-impact movements using slider disks to replicate the reformer machine experience with an emphasis on having fun! All levels are welcome!
