Across the globe, young people are taking governments to court to fight for their constitutional right to a livable climate. Philip Gregory, co-lead counsel in landmark youth-led cases such as Juliana v. United States, Held v. Montana, and Lighthiser v. Trump, will share cutting-edge legal strategies behind the climate litigation movement that’s reshaping environmental law and empowering the next generation.
