Peace & Release Yoga with Kate

Mondays are the hardest. Give yourself Peace & Release Yoga to look forward to each week (or drop-in any time).
This class is a balance of meditation, breathwork, dynamic movement (standing sequence) and quiet, restorative postures to rest & regulate a frazzled nervous system. Occasional offerings of essential oils & hands-on assists may be included to assist in relaxation (& always optional).
