About this Event
Power Yoga with Connor Chess: A variety of movement practices focused on a Vinyasa-style flow; a balance of strengthening and stretching. Power is introduced through the pace of the flow and added strength exercises. Along with traditional yoga postures, class will incorporate alternative movements inspired by Qi Gong and HIIT workouts. Find joy in movement, instill self-confidence and realize a sustainable practice to incorporate movement into your daily life. Open to all levels.
