Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Terry Cockburn: This uplifting and energizing practice blends mobility, stability and functional movement within a creatively sequenced yoga flow. Classes are inventive and thoughtful with an emphasis on cultivating inner awareness to promote suppleness of body and mind. A playful approach to flowing on the mat, this practice involves seated, standing and balancing postures; along with transitions that are adaptable. Open to all levels.
