VINYASA YOGA with Marie '20

Tuesday, December 12, 2023 7 pm to 7:45 pm

Vinyasa Yoga with Marie Caspard ’20: Work with a sequence or two of yoga poses, pairing movement with breath as you flow through them. It will build in Intensity to develop strength, flexibility and balance. Expect a moderate workout, with modifications offered to intensify or ease your practice. All levels of experience are welcome.
